Körting field coil driver 16,5 cm
Extremely well built - solid as a rock ! The front side centre damper can be seen underneath the grille. DCR of the voice coil is 2,1 Ohms, DCR of the field coil is 3,9 KOhms.

(A japanese visitor, W-San asked me if these are tweeters. so I passed the question toAl.)
A:"Concerning the Koerting, this gentleman is right! The driver is small and has a VERY tight cone. No bass can come from it. It was originally used as a full range driver in Radio Consoles dating from the mid 30s. I believe that it will prove an excellent "tweeter" in combination with a bigger full range driver with rather soft suspension."
W:" I'm using these( with the low pass filter:6 mF) in combination with 10" fullrange loudspeakers. Good! But their level of sound pressure is a little higher than my fullrangers. So I covered TW with acoustic material. Does anyone know how to make the sound pressure lower without using attenuator?"
