Unknown 46 cm coaxial driver (B)

The first three pictures show the dismounted tweeter of the 46 cm coax driver. On the other pictures you can see the original cross over. On the capacitor it says "SIC", which might be the name of the producer - perhaps this information makes it easier to find out who made the speaker.
