Baffles with 24,5 cm Isophon drivers and Isophon 'bowl tweeter'
Two big baffles (101 x 64 x 17,5 cm) with three 24,5 cm Isophon full range drivers and the extremely rare Isophon 'bowl tweeter'. These projects are currently undergoing tests. All I can say now is that they will need large mother baffles to obtain a satisfying bass performance. The two bottom drivers are set in an angled position so as to spread the sound wider. The wood is 22 mm African Gabun which is rather light. The finish is done with Shellack although what you see now is just the basic two layers of Shellack - there are many more hours left to complete the surface.
