Telefunken field coil full range driver 24,5 cm square frame
This field coil full range driver is dated 1934 (stamp on frame). It meassures 24,5 x 24,5 cm, the frame is made of steel. DCR of the voice coil is 1,1 Ohms, DCR of the field coil is 15,4 KOhms. On one picture you can see a tiny hole caused by an insect bite. The hole is about 1 mm in diameter. You can tell the difference between a puncture caused by physical force or an insect bite by looking at the back of the hole. If it was an insect there is no material left around the edges of the hole - all the paper has been devoured by the hungry creature. If the hole was caused by a sharp object you will find paper remnants "pushed aside" on the edges of the hole.
