RFT baffles with three 20 cm full range drivers and KWH tweeter

This combination is meant to be set up in medium size rooms. It uses three 20 cm RFT 2158 full range drivers per side combined with the amazing KHW/Sachenwerk 13 cm tweeter. The sound is lively, almost explosive with an excellent bass performance! If you have the space to set up mother baffles of at least 120 x 100 cm this is a nice choice for enjoying any kind of music. (> See also the other Project with two 2158/side). The size of the baffles is 89,5 x 36 cm. Please note that the top and bottom drivers are set aside in a 5° angle to the mid board. The tweeter is cut off with 8 uF; the caps are NOS Siemens dated 10/79. The drivers are also NOS from 1975, so they will need aging. With the present connection DCR reads 3,0 Ohms for both baffles.

このコンビネーションは、中ぐらいの部屋にセットされることを意図しています。素晴らしいHW/Sachenwerk 13 cm トゥイーターと組み合わせて、片チャンネルあたり20 cm RFT 2158を３連使用しています。その音は生き生きしており、卓越した低音のパフォーマンスでほとんど炸裂するくらいのスピード感があります。少なくとも120 x 100 cmのバッフルを据えることができるスペースがあれば、これはどんな種類の音楽も楽しめるよい選択枝でしょう。（片チャンネル2358を２発使ったもう一つのプロジェクトもご覧下さい）。バッフル・サイズは89.5 x 36 cmです。上部と下部のドライヴァーは、中央のドライバーに対して5°の角度で取り付けられています。トゥイーターは8 uFのコンデンサーでカット・オフされています。コンデンサーは１９７９年１０月製造のジーメンス、未使用品です。ドライヴァーも、１９７５年製、未使用品ですので、エージングが必要でしょう。現在の接続状態で、両バッフルとも、DCRは3.0 Ohmです。
